• Camp Fee includes local site seeing, traveling from Pune to Pune, accommodation, food and camp activities. Other expenses like Photo, Phone, Loundry, Horse ridding, Boating etc. are to be paid by individual.
• Organisation reserves right to cancel any destination due to unavoidable circumstances.For registration fill up the application form and pay registration charges.
• The balance payment should be remitted at least 15 days prior to camp date.

• More than 30 days prior to camp departure 10% l Between 30 to 15 days prior to camp departure 25%
• Between 14 to 10 days 50% l Less 10 days 100%
• Please bring original receipt for claiming the refund.
• Railway reservation starts 60 days in advance. So please confirm your booking before that because we have limited seats. To avoid disappointment rush for your registration.
• Group discount for min. 7 pax. Rs. 300/- per head excluding Mahabaleshwar.
